Change Agents UK

Change Agents UK creates positive social and environmental change by providing sustainability education to people all ages and connecting talented individuals with purposeful careers through our sustainability recruitment services. As a charity and non-profit, we have been educating, inspiring and empowering people for over 25 years through our range of interactive courses and workshops, experienced career support and collaborative projects. Established in 1996, initially as Studentforce for Sustainability, our charitable purpose is to promote public awareness and understanding of the principles of sustainability – and how to put them into practice in life and work. 

We offer supported learning courses and workshops including our flagship Sustainability Leadership Skills Programme, Green Careers & The Future of Work, student-aimed Sustainable Futures, and accredited Carbon Literacy Training. We also offer bespoke and specialist workshops designed for specific needs, such as HR teams and charity trustees. We have facilitated sustainability projects such as being a government Kickstart Gateway organisation running the “Kickstart for Sustainability” programme, and our Grants for Good programme for student and youth sustainability initiatives. 

We support and empower people wishing to use their careers to make a positive difference by connecting them with like-minded partners through sustainability jobs and projects. We facilitate paid work placement opportunities in sustainability though our wholly owned non-profit subsidiary, Change Agents UK Trading Ltd. In addition, we have facilitated multiple sustainability projects including Grants for Good to fund youth-led sustainability initiatives and the “Kickstart for Sustainability” programme as a government Kickstart Gateway organisation.
